Samar joins Meaningful Partners from Blue Ribbon Holdings, which owns the largest full-service beverage co-manufacturing asset in the U.S., and Pabst Brewing Company, a top-five U.S. beer brand. As Chief Strategy Officer at Blue Ribbon, he drove the organization’s strategic agenda, critical growth projects, partnerships, and M&A pipeline, while leading its international businesses. Previously, Samar worked at Heineken in Amsterdam as part of the Global Strategy Team, where he was instrumental in developing the company’s global strategy and transformation initiatives. He began his career in consumer investment banking at Barclays Capital in London and Citigroup. Guided by a passion for impact and purpose, Samar loves building on each founder’s vision, supporting their drive to offer consumers better, more thoughtful choices. He also serves as a board advisor/member to several consumer companies, helping them unlock their true potential and grow in a meaningful way.
